St Paul's Bay / Buġibba is a late-night tourist strip, not a certified Halal quarter. Two first-party pins sit a short walk apart: Bissmillah Halal Food, a retail grocer and butcher on Triq il-Harifa (SPB 2691), and ozSofra Kebab on Triq il-Korp tal-Pijunieri (SPB 2809), whose own site says the meat is Halal certified.

The grocer does not make neighbouring kebab shops verified, and ozSofra’s meat sentence does not make the grocer’s counter certificate appear on this site — we still have no named certifier for either.
