Valletta
Inside the capital walls, Naan Bar on Melita Street publishes a Halal-meat sentence and serves cocktails from the same dining room.
Valletta's sourced pin is Naan Bar at 60/1 Melita Street, on the corner of Old Bakery Street. Its own site publishes a Halal-meat sentence, which is why it is listed — one of the few kitchens inside the capital walls to put that policy in writing.
The same site advertises cocktails, wine, and whiskey, so this is not an alcohol-free dining room. No certifier is named and no dated kitchen certificate appears on that page: the claim covers meat sourcing, not the tandoor, the fryers, or the desserts. Ask to see the supplier paperwork and what sits inside it.
Tourist round-ups that stamp ‘Halal’ on Valletta wine bars are not used as evidence here. One kitchen's meat policy says nothing about the next restaurant on Melita Street.
Naan Bar serves alcohol from the same room. A Halal-meat policy is not a restaurant certificate, and it does not extend to other Valletta kitchens.
