Nando’s UK is unusually clear: “Our restaurants aren't halal, but we have a number of restaurants in the UK that serve 100% halal chicken.” Use nandos.co.uk/halal plus door signage. The programme is chicken supply and no pork handling at listed restaurants — not a claim that every dining room is alcohol-free. The US FAQ states none of the US restaurants serve Halal chicken.
Nando’s UK publishes the live list of restaurants that serve 100% Halal-certified chicken. Checked www.nandos.co.uk/halal on 16 August 2026: the operator still says the restaurants aren’t Halal as a chain, chicken is pre-stunned then hand-slaughtered, and you should look for the entrance sign plus factory certificates. Named examples that were on the official page that day (not a promise they remain listed): Baker Street; Whitechapel; Birmingham New Street; Manchester Printworks; Cardiff Old Brewery Quarter. Re-check the official page before you travel. The US help article states none of the US restaurants serve Halal chicken. Alcohol at listed UK dining rooms is not verified here outlet by outlet.
