What Greggs itself says
Customer FAQ. Greggs’ public FAQs include “Is your food Halal?”: there is no Halal menu; some suppliers provide chicken compliant with the HFA; Greggs cannot label this as Halal because it does not provide separation in shops or bakeries.[1]
Corporate FAQ. The corporate FAQ repeats that HFA-compliant chicken supply still cannot be labelled Halal without separation, and states Greggs does not currently offer a Halal range.[2]

Vegetarian ≠ Halal
Vegan sausage rolls and vegetarian bakes can be free of meat by recipe. That is not the same as Halal certification.
